How to use

-*Soak 20 oz (about 20 grams or 4-8 sticks) in 4 cups of water overnight, take 2-4 oz first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 days straight. 

Wait 10 minutes before consuming anything else. You can re-use/keep soaking the hombre Grande multiple days or until the bitter taste goes away. It's full of medicine so don't throw it away after a single use. Place it in the fridge to dry out and reuse as needed or monthly.
